I hate people who do crap like that. Will he have ear problems because of the b––stard who cut his ears?

I don’t know. I’ve never had a dog with ears so severely cut. I’m glad that at least now, he’s not living outside in all kinds of weather with those ears. We shall see – it’s definitely a question I will have for the vet should we choose to adopt him
